The first fermented hot sauce in our collection. Smoky, Savory and Hot but not extreme.

Made with our homegrown fermented Ghost Peppers, Distilled Cachaça & Smoked Peppers infused Maple Syrup.

 

Suggested Pairings:

BBQ, Pizza, Meats...

 

Ingredients:

Ghost Peppers fermented for 2 years, Distilled Cachaça, Smoked Peppers, Maple Syrup, Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, Pure Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Cane Sugar Vinegar, Cane Sugar, Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum
